It’s time to feel into the approaching warmth of the sun and as we approach the Summer Solstice to feel into what the mind and body calls for. This day retreat is an invitation to spend the day amongst nature and the elements and to totally unwind.
Many of us juggle our work, life and home priorities. Often we care for others whilst having very little time left over to truly stop, slow down and honour what it is that we want to truly achieve during the current phase in our lives.
This day retreat is designed to create some time for you to really dive into what you want to achieve before the height of summer to truly honour yourself and your visions.
If you love the natural world and the feelings of connecting with flowers in your hands, of being in meadows, the fragrance of aromatics, the sounds of soothing sound healing and sinking into the warmth of Cedar Hot Tub, Finnish sauna and or cooling waters as your senses capture these elements and moments, and being in community, then this day is for you.
If you want to feel your shoulders drop, your breathing to soften, for your body to pause and whilst leaving the outside world outside the gates, then this is for you. You don’t need to worry about joining this day on your own, you can join solo or with friends and loved ones. Ultimately you are in a safe space and in community.

On Sunday 7th June (9am-6pm) – Step into the Frequency of the Natural World with a Day Retreat combining Botanical Alchemy and Flowers, sacred Plant Medicine, Sound and Geo-Thermal Waters, experiencing a day to Slow Down, Breathe and Experience Deep Expansion, Reconnection and Transformation.
Where sacred plant medicine meets the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Allowing nature’s ancient wisdom restore what modern life has scattered, to return renewed, transformed and connected deeply to who you truly are.
This is a day to ultimately leave the outside world at the gates, and to prioritise you, to release, realign, recharge, rest and restore.
Set within the Cambridgeshire countryside, the wild flowers and inspired by Scandinavian philosophies, your day invites a deeper presence, ceremony and soulful reconnection. Your journey for this powerful full day retreat in Sacred Space, both inside a beautiful studio space and outdoors includes the following elements:
IGNITE – At the threshold of the Summer Solstice when solar energy burns at its most potent, connect with the sacred spirit of Cacao.
This ancient ceremonial medicine which we will mindfully connect to during a ceremony and drink holds our intentions and gently invites in the whispers and messages waiting to be received.
CLEANSE – In sacred stillness, turn inward and begin the quiet conversation between you and nature – diving into what you would like to release from your life, what needs to be healed, and the intentions/prayers you carry in your heart for the future. This is your moment of deep reflection, held gently by the wisdom of the natural world.
RE-BALANCE – Surrender to the transformative power of sound in a Sound Bath as the Gong, Alchemy, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls bathe every cell of your being in healing vibration – dissolving what no longer serves and restoring your natural frequency.
Nourishing Vegetarian/Vegan Lunch – lovingly prepared
LIMPIA – Receive the outdoor Aromatic Flower waters – a gentle, ancient ritual that cleanses and releases what no longer serves with the healing frequency of nature’s botanicals.
REST and RESTORE – Sink into the sacred embrace of geothermal waters, where we begin in a few moments of shared silence – a gentle invitation to recount your journey, from the moment you arrived to who you are now. Allow the contrasting temperatures of warmth, coolness and the stillness of the outdoor Wood Fired Red Cedar Hot Tubs, Finnish Barrel Sauna and optional Cool Pools to soothe and refresh your mind and body as you remember – truly remember – who you are.
A refreshing Elderflower non alcoholic cocktail will be included in your ticket to hydrate you as you bathe in the Red Cedar Hot Tubs.
All other refreshments are payable by each recipient including a drink during our lunch.
Each element of this day retreat is lovingly prepared either in advance or collectively during our time together. All elements are natural and alcohol free. Whilst we work with botanicals these are all natural and the beauty of what we will use I hope will be one of the highlights of your memories over the summer. Some of the flowers for example will be harvested directly from the venues organic garden where they home grow their produce for the inhouse restaurant.
My intention for you is to create a truly heart centered day retreat where you can tune back into your essence and feel into what you would like to accomplish in the future path ahead.
