Distance Reiki:

Reiki is an intelligent energy healing system moving to where it needs to go. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, it is possible to send Reiki over long distances to recipients (with their permission). This session can be faciliated either via zoom or with no technology. A recent photo of you would be required if the zoom option is not utilised. 

Remote Reflexology:

Using Energy and combining with Reflexology, it is possible to offer Distance or Remote Reflexology to clients over Zoom. A clear photo of your feet and also the soles of your feet are required at the time of booking and prior to the session.

Spinal Energetics

A powerful and new healing modality in the UK merging Eastern & Western philosophies. Using the innate wisdom within the body, this is an invitation to to dive deep within to access, unfold and release without labels the negative thoughts, feelings and emotions paving the way for a liberated path.

This remote session via Zoom works by guiding your innate wisdom, i.e. the energy within you. Over a series of sessions, the body and mind are invited into a safe space of connection and awareness to release what has been held within. This is a Somatic journey of healing and optimal well-being which is available as a 1:1 or in a group setting. Please note that a working camera either on your mobile or laptop is required and switched on during the zoom session in order for me to faciliate the session and guide the energy. Further guidance will be sent after booking and before the session takes place.

Online Sound Baths (Group):

Using Zoom or other Technologies, lay down and make yourself comfortable to receive an Online Sound Bath using Gongs, or Tibetan or Crystal Bowls. Please ensure that you have good headphones or a speaker to fully benefit from the sonic sound transmission.

The next Group Online Sound Bath is TBC. The Sound Bath is a Soothing Sunday Crystalline Sound Bath of Crystal Singing Bowls and commences with a Guided Visualisation. Prepare to bliss out in the comfort of your home.

1-2-1 Personal Sound Healing:

Using Zoom or other Technologies, lay down and make yourself comfortable to receive your very own, private,  Online Sound Healing Session using either Gongs, or Tibetan or Crystal Bowls. Please ensure that you have good headphones or a speaker to fully benefit from the sonic sound transmission.

Self Care:

Increased Working from Home can cause tightness in the neck, shoulders, lower back and hips. Online Self Care sessions over Zoom can be arranged to help support and strengthen where there are muscular restrictions and tightness in the body.

Cancellation Policy:

Please know that I value both your time & mine.  When we book your appointment, that time is set aside to focus on your well-being with additional time for me to prepare.

This allows me to be fully ready & to utilise our time in the best way possible. I understand that emergencies happen & cancellation may be required.  If you do need to cancel or reschedule please contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellations within 48-24 hrs will be charged 50% of treatment price. Cancellations within 24 hrs & ‘no shows’ will be charged the full treatment price.
