A system of self awareness, connection and an invitation to dive in deep within our inner world to access, unfold and release without labels, the thoughts, feelings and actions from unprocessed emotions and negative life events paving the way for a liberated path.
Using gentle, yet powerful touch on and around the body, I guide your innate wisdom to begin the unwinding process in a group setting.
These sessions are Somatic, sessions where the body and mind are invited into a safe space of connection and awareness to release what has been held within and holding back your inner essence. A journey of healing and optimal well-being.
