Spinal Energetics is an exciting and innovative new modality which merges Eastern and Western philosophies to create a ground breaking system of healing using the innate wisdom within our body.

What is Spinal Energetics?
A system of self awareness, connection and an invitation to dive in deep within our inner world to access, unfold and release without labels, the thoughts, feelings and actions from unprocessed emotions and negative life events paving the way for a liberated path.
Using gentle, yet powerful touch on and around the body, I guide your innate wisdom to begin the unwinding process over a series of sessions. These sessions are Somatic, sessions where the body and mind are invited into a safe space of connection and awareness to release what has been held within and holding back your inner essence. A journey of healing and optimal wellbeing.

These sessions need to be taken within a 6 week period. |

Aftercare:
It is important and highly recommended that you schedule in some time to integrate and ground immediately after the session.
Please avoid rushing back to work, chores, supermarkets and general busyness to allow yourself some time to recalibrate after the session.
Suggestions include: Having a herbal tea, a walk in nature in perhaps in the nearby forest or journalling. Each individual and each session differs and the healing still continues after you leave the wellness space. Your aftercare is about prioritising you, honouring yourself, being kind to yourself and giving yourself time to digest the session.

Having been immersed in Energy work for the last 20 years, this modality was a leap further into the deeper recesses of Energy work and supporting clients more fully from a somatic angle. A journey that continues to evolve and transform as is the very nature of Energy work and Energy Healing.

Please know that I value both your time & mine. When we book your appointment, that time is set aside to focus on your well-being with additional time for me to prepare.
This allows me to be fully ready & to utilise our time in the best way possible. I understand that emergencies happen & cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel or reschedule please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations within 48-24 hrs will be charged 50% of treatment price. Cancellations within 24 hrs & ‘no shows’ will be charged the full treatment price.
