What is Spinal Energetics?
A system of self awareness, connection and an invitation to dive in deep within our inner world to access, unfold and release without labels, the thoughts, feelings and actions paving the way for a liberated path.
Using gentle, yet powerful touch on and around the body, a shift in the emotions that we store within and pent up tension can be released over a series of sessions. These sessions are Somatic, sessions where the body and mind are invited into a safe space of connection and awareness to let go of what has been held within and holding you back.

Spinal Energetics Energy Exchange:
| £200 | Block of Three Sessions for a limited time – introductory fee.
These sessions need to be taken within a 4 week period. |
| £80 | Single Session for the months of Jan and Feb 2025 at the special rate of £80.

Aftercare:
It is highly recommended that you have some time to integrate the session immediately after.
Please do not rush back to work immediately after your session or rush home for chores etc.
Allow some time to ground, have a herbal tea or a walk in nature, perhaps in the forest giving yourself some space and time if it is needed. Each individual and each session differs and your aftercare is about being kind to yourself, giving yourself time to digest the session.
