In modern society, we all experience some degree of stress, and whilst good stress leaves us feeling motivated and elevates our mood, negative stress manifests in various ways from headaches and irritability, to tension in the body usually found in the neck, shoulders and lower back. As our body prepares to ‘fight or flight’, our immune systems can become compromised and this is when dis-ease sets in, which can lead to illness.

By carrying out an in-depth consultation at the start of the treatment, I can help identify some of the areas which may require additional focus and dedicate more time to these points to help stimulate the body’s defences to bring you back towards balance. Aftercare advice is provided at the end of treatments.

Treatments from the South Woodford clinic are available on Monday – Saturdays.  All treatments are subject to advance bookings.

Taster Treatments & add ons:

Are you curious about Reiki, Sound Therapy or the use of Crystals in a Facial Massage? If so, why not try a short 15 min taster session/add on at the end of your treatment. Just mention at the time of booking to ensure that the correct treatment time is allocated to you. 

  • Add 15 mins of Reiki to any treatment for an additional £10
  • Add 15 mins of Sound Healing using Tibetan Bowls for an additional £10
  • Add 15 mins of Crystals as part of a facial massage for an additional £15.  
  • Fusion Treatments are also available should you wish to combine 2 selected treatments. Some exclusions apply.

For clients with Cash Plans, you might be able to claim back the cost of your treatment for Aromatherapy, Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Reflexology. Check with your cash plan provider.
