Hot Stone Massage is a style of Massage using warmed volcanic Basalt stones which are massaged across the body. As the muscles begin to absorb the warmth from the stones, there is an increase in blood flow and oxygen to the area which soothes and helps to release tight muscles.

All treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice.

Please arrive for a prompt start. In the event of a late arrival, the minutes unfortunately will be deducted from your treatment time.
