Hot Stone Massage – 90 Minutes

A Hot Stone Massage or La Stone Geo-Thermal Massage produces a wonderful synthesis of Geo-Thermal temperatures.

This experience is a deeply nourishing, restorative and prescriptive treatment using volcanic Basalt Stones and Crystals of Amethyst, Jade, Marble, Rose Quartz & Sardonyx with alternating temperatures of warm and cool.

The warmed Volcanic Basalt & Jade Crystals are massaged across the body, warming the muscles to increase blood flow and oxygen locally whilst melting tension stored within the muscles and tissues.

Cool Temperatures are wonderful for acute inflammation, headaches, and to promote lymphatic drainage in the body. Invigorating and refreshing, with great client feedback, the alternating temperatures create a truly unique treatment cleverly supporting the healing process within by decongesting and flushing fatigue.

All treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice. as well as Essential Oils (subject to consultation) which I blend for you as a fully qualified Aromatherapist.
