Hot Stone Massage
Using heated Geothermal Basalt Stones, the stones are aligned across the body to warm the muscles and relax them before they are massaged.
As the body begins to absorb the warmth, there is an increase in blood flow and oxygen to the area. Tight muscles begin to relax making them more pliable as they are massaged.
Using the stones throughout the massage is highly relaxing and provides a mix of light and deep pressure.
Hot Stone Massage is not suitable for those who with high blood pressure.
Cold Stones are also available and are great for short, acute conditions.
All treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice.
