A warm welcome to The Holistic Therapy Rooms. I'm an independent Complementary Holistic Therapist offering a range of professional treatments to enhance well-being by rebalancing the connections between your mind and body.

In modern society, we all experience some degree of stress, and whilst good stress leaves us feeling motivated and elevates our mood, negative stress manifests in various ways from headaches and irritability, to tension in the body usually found in the neck, shoulders and lower back (lumbar region). As our body prepares to 'fight or flight', our immune systems can become compromised and this is when dis-ease sets in, which can lead to illness.

By carrying out an in-depth consultation at the start of the treatment, I can help identify some of the areas which may require additional focus and dedicate more time to these points to help stimulate the body's defences to bring you back towards homeostatis (balance). Aftercare advice is always provided at the end of each treatment.

Treatments vary from Aromatherapy using oils which I blend to your specific needs, Ear Candling, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Reflexology & Hot Stone Reflexology.

In the oil based treatments, carrier oils are selected according to your skin type, or combined to provide the maximum benefits. Please visit the 'Therapies' tab for more details and also the 'About Me' tab should you wish to view my qualifications.

My practice is located in South Woodford, East London. Serving the East London and West Essex communities including Wanstead, Snaresbrook, Woodford, Woodford Green, Clayhall, Gants Hill, Barkingside, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, Highams Park, Chingford, Leytonstone & Leyton. Reflexology home visits are also available.

Client care is taken seriously. During the summer months, Massage treatments are carried out using the 'Comfy Client' cushioning system which is an NHS approved cushion.

I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists & The International Federation of Aromatherapists.

South Woodford treatments are available during the weekends 10am - 6pm Saturdays on & Sundays 11am - 5pm. Monday evenings are also available at 8pm - 9pm. All treatments are subject to advance bookings and room availability.
